Lean Living Personal Training is designed for busy people who are new to or looking to get back into exercise after a long hiatus. Your training will help you build a foundational level of fitness to help you get more out of life.  It is perfect for people who find it a challenge to workout consistently and require some accountability. The sessions will work you at a sensible pace, so that you do not feel overworked in the gym or excessively sore between sessions. This will set the foundation to help you transform your body, build your fitness and prepare you for other activities (whether that be group exercise classes, sports or just your day-to-day hustle).
