I help people to build exercise and nutrition into their busy lives, so that they strive to make it a part of their lifestyle - allowing them to live their best life.

My aims

These are three main aims I strive for with every person I work with.

1. To make exercise enjoyable, engaging and effective

The most important thing when it comes to improving your fitness is consistency. And one of the best ways to increase consistency is to make your training engaging and enjoyable. I like to provide enough variety to keep your training enjoyable (but not so much that you don't feel confident in what you are doing). And I like to relate what we do into your bigger goals, so that you understand how it will impact you - help keep you more engaged in the process.

2. To make it as simple as possible

I want to help you make changes that are simple & effective so that you can free up the mental space to live a more fulfilling and enjoyable life.  In your sessions we will focus on the things that drive progress. Outside sessions, we can plan simple actions that will build on what you do in your sessions - even if that is as simple as slowly increasing your step count.

3. To empower you to lead a more active lifestyle

I look to empower those who work with me to live a more fulfilling and active lifestyle. I want to make the training experience as enjoyable as possible.

Is my approach for you?

You may feel apprehensive about stepping into the world of health and fitness.  You may feel like your time and energy is already at a premium.  And you may not want to completely overhaul your lifestyle and give up the finer things in life.  You may have seen your health and fitness slowly decline as other responsibilities have taken over.  Or your current approach may have stopped working for you.

This is why Lean Living Coaching was formed; to offer a different approach to the usual rapid, unsustainable approach to weight loss.  I want to work with you at a pace that suits you.  I want to help you build confidence both inside and outside of the gym. I want to help you make health and fitness an enjoyable part of your life.  I want to help you see this as something you feel empowered to do, rather than feel obliged to do.  

If you are looking for another unsustainable rapid fat loss program, then my approach probably isn't for you right now.  But if you want to lead a more active lifestyle for years to come then this may be a new approach that you are ready for.
